­­­­STRATEGIC PLANNING: We will work with you and your organization to specify your mission, vision, objectives, develop a strategy,and make decisions on allocating your resources to pursue this strategy. In order to determine the direction of the organization, it is necessary to understand its current position and the possible avenues through which it can pursue a particular course of action. Generally, strategic planning deals with these key questions: 1.”What do we do?” 2.”For whom do we do it?” 3.”How do we excel?” 4. “Is it duplicable?” We will also work with you and your organization to evaluate the industries in which the company is involved; assesses its competitors and sets goals and strategies to meet all existing and potential competitors; and then reassess each strategy to determine how it has been implemented and whether it has succeeded or needs replacement by a new strategy to meet changed circumstances, new technology, new competitors, a new economic environment, or a new social, financial, or political environment.


OPERATION MANAGEMENT: We will work with you and your organization to identify, create, design, implement and oversee systems and processes to make sure your business runs efficiently and guarantee your clients the same great experience, product, or services every time they do business with you or your organization. Mapping the work-flow between you and your clients will help identify any bottlenecks, raise client service levels, and improve your productivity and capability.


MARKET DEVELOPMENT: We will work with you and your organization to determine what segments of the market are currently being served.  We will analyze what clients you currently have and what they are buying.  We will then use this information to develop an efficient and comprehensive market development strategy.  Strategy to include: (1) how to get current clients to be interested in products and or services they are not currently buying, (2) identify consumers who buy from rival organizations and finding ways to appeal to them, such as offering targeted promotions, (3) identify clients who are not currently buying your products and or services and focus on introducing them to your organization or brand to get them interested so that they will become clients, (4) identify the current regions in which your products and or services are in and create ways to increase into new regions.


HUMAN RESOURCES: We will work with you and your organization to create, design, implement and oversee a human resources department.  Responsibilities will be: (1) conducting job analyses, (2) planning personnel needs, (3) interviewing and selecting the right people for the job, (4) orienting and training, (5) determining and managing wages, salaries, and or commissions, (6) providing benefits and incentives, (7) appraising performance, (8) resolving disputes, (9) communicating with all employees and contracted laborers at all levels, (10) safety, (11) health and wellness.  By developing employees and contracted laborers they will become more valuable to the organization.  Managing the people, workplaceculture, and environment enables employees and contracted laborers to contribute effectively and productively to the overall company direction and the accomplishment of the organization’s goals and objectives.


SALES SUPPORT: We will create, train, and manage your Sales Team.  This team will be affiliates to your organization in selling your products & or services.  We will be responsible for all the Sales Team compensations for any products & or services sold.  You the Client will be responsible for any other costs incurred by shipping, manufacturing or any other related costs for products & or services.
